These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Teams Voice SMS service (“Service”) provided by TechAdvisors LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Teams Voice SMS enables users to send and receive SMS messages via Microsoft Teams using integrated voice and messaging capabilities. The Service is intended for business communication and may be subject to usage limits and carrier restrictions.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Ensure that messages sent via the Service comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam and privacy laws.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorized users only.
4. Acceptable Use
- Send unsolicited or bulk SMS messages (“spam”).
- Transmit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party networks.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
TechAdvisors LLC processes message content and metadata in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties, except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Message Delivery and Reliability
While TechAdvisors LLC strives for reliable message delivery, it does not guarantee that all messages will be delivered or received. Factors such as carrier limitations, network outages, and incorrect recipient information may affect delivery.
7. Fees and Billing
Use of the Service may incur charges based on message volume, destination, and carrier fees. Billing terms will be outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAdvisors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination and Suspension
TechAdvisors LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment.
10. Compliance and Legal
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.
11. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
12. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. Typical users may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on activity and preferences.

14. Changes to Terms
